MS-12 is an ideal machine for splitting sandstone, slate and marbleinto mosaic stone and small strips. It has the features of stable structure and high splitting power. With floating main beams, it can compensate for the tilt of the stone surface to maximum possible extent, in order to uniform the splitting force, and make even cross-section.
The splitting knife is welded with specially manufactured high wear resistant alloy steel. The hydraulic components adopts domestic high-quality parts with super reliability, safety and long lifetime.
Structure of MS-12
The machine is composed of the upper half split stone machine host and the lower part of the hydraulic pump station, electrical control box and hydraulic piping, etcIt's bridge-type with work table, hydraulic cylinder, beam and split knife in the upper half.
Working Principle of MS-12
Through the cylinder, the hydraulic pump provides power to push the beam and knife down, and the rock will be crushed or partly deformed when the wedge knife starts intruding into it. When the power quickly increasing to a certain critical value, a jump crushing will occur, that is, shear fracture occurs in the contact points, and radial tensile stress is caused at its edges, so that under the interaction of upper and lower split knives, the brittle rock is longitudinally cracked.
Working principle of the hydraulic system
The hydraulic system is mainly composed of hydraulic pump, oil cylinder, high pressure pipes and control valve parts. The hydraulic pump provides pressing oil to the pipeline system, the relief valve regulates the oil pressure, and the hydraulic pressure is forwarded to the cylinder rod chamber through the hydraulic pipelines and direction control valve, which push the cylinder piston moving downward. The cylinder piston will drive the piston rod together with the beam and split knife to finish the splitting work. After that, oil is supplied into the cylinder rod chamber, then the beam and split knife move upward to finish one work cycle.
